Boomshot Announces Leadership Updates
Boomshot, the award-winning creative production company known for delivering high-impact work across sports, culture, and entertainment, announced leadership updates as Managing Director Meredith Weiss becomes the company’s sole owner and Principal, and Krysia Johnstone, formerly Head of Production, is promoted to Executive Producer.
The ownership transition formalizes Weiss’s leadership and marks the company’s next chapter, reinforcing its focus on long-term partnerships, embedded collaboration, and creative excellence. Johnstone’s promotion further strengthens the leadership team as Boomshot continues to evolve in step with how brands want to work today.

Leaving legacy models behind, Boomshot is a flexible, layerless creative partner that collaborates seamlessly with clients across the entire content lifecycle—through creative, production, and post-production. From live events and branded content to long-form storytelling, the company has developed and produced work for clients including Prime Sports, FOX, SEC Network, NASCAR, ESPN, USTA, FANDUEL, AB, State Farm, Geico, and Volkswagen.
“We’re defined by the company we keep,” said Weiss. “Whether you need help with one piece of the puzzle or the full content journey, we meet you where you are. Our greatest strength is our team—a deep bench of experienced talent that adds real value to our clients’ businesses. As the industry evolves, brands need to own their story, audience, and equity. We help them do exactly that—reshaping how content is developed, produced, and delivered.”
Boomshot’s approach reflects how brands want to engage today: working with experienced creative partners who stay close to the work and move efficiently from idea to execution. With women in leadership and a team of lifelong athletes, creatives, and storytellers, the company brings a distinct perspective shaped by sports while applying its model broadly across culture, entertainment, and brand storytelling.
Joining Weiss in driving Boomshot forward is Johnstone. Her promotion to Executive Producer comes after nearly eight years at Boomshot. In her new role, Johnstone will focus on growing Boomshot’s network of directors and strengthening its reputation for high-level creative execution across a range of content formats.
