Departure Adds Sandra Duff, Former President of Jackman, to Advisory Board
Departure, the commercial production company behind the largest director pool in the US, announced today that Sandra Duff has joined its advisory board.
Duff spent nearly a decade at Jackman, the Toronto-based brand transformation consultancy, rising from Reinvention Director to President.

In that role, she owned the P&L, business development, and client delivery while partnering with c-suite leaders at major retail, CPG, and B2B brands on customer-focused strategies.
She joins Departure's advisory board alongside J.B. Raftus, the former CMO of GSD&M. Her focus will be helping Departure structure its infrastructure to meet the strategic needs of major brands planning production over multi-year periods.
"We saw $135 million in boardflow last year and shortlisted on nearly one in five opportunities," said Luke Lashley, Co-Founder and Executive Producer at Departure. "The scale we've built can support brands executing complex creative consistently over time. Sandra understands how to position that capability in the conversations where long-term marketing plans get made."
Duff will advise on positioning Departure to enterprise clients and help develop the company's direct-to-brand strategy.
