JAMM Visual Expands UK Team With EP Saskia Delius
JAMM Visual in London has added Executive Producer Saskia Delius to roster of production and VFX talents. She steps into the role already familiar with much of the JAMM London team, having previously collaborated on multiple award-winning campaigns for brands like Burberry, Tesco, Lavazza and many more over the years.
In former positions at The Mill, MPC, and ETC, Saskia became known for delivering high-end projects and building strong client relationships that often led to repeat collaborations. She’ll play a key role at JAMM as the independent studio continues to expand its UK presence.
Say JAMM London Head of Production Louise Unwin, “We’re really excited to have Saskia on the team. She’s great at her job, clients love working with her, and she brings long-standing industry relationships. I’m looking forward to her being a key part of JAMM’s next chapter.”

Commenting on her arrival, Saskia say her first few weeks have been great. “With so many familiar faces, thankfully I haven’t felt too much like the new kid at school!” She adds that she was attracted to JAMM due to “the opportunity to make a more meaningful impact. With our studio here being fairly new, I was excited by the idea of contributing from the early stages and being part of its growth.”
How would she describe the vibe at JAMM? “It’s collaborative, creative and inventive,” Saskia notes. “The team always has a solution, embraces feedback, and approaches everything as a collaboration rather than ‘us and them.’”
Her approach as a producer, she notes, is all about presence. “It centers around showing up for my creative team. If you create the right environment for them, and give them the support they need, they’ll give you their best work in return. And that can take many forms, from making sure the team feels heard to removing stress so they can stay focused on the creative work.”
Looking ahead, she predicts changes in terms of how visual effects work will be delivered. “With AI becoming more prominent, we’re starting to see hybrid AI and VFX approaches emerge,” she continues. “I’m excited to find the balance where AI can be genuinely useful without taking over or compromising on quality.”
