Kirby, Dryer, Sullivan and Partesotti Launch KDSP
Agency veterans Brock Kirby, Jeff Dryer, Scott Sullivan, and Mollie Partesotti have announced the debut of Kirby, Dryer, Sullivan & Partesotti (KDSP), a senior-led agency that combines experts in creative, account management and strategic planning.
Kirby and Dryer are former W+K creatives and a longtime go-to team for brands and agencies, known for work that has been recognized with Cannes Lions Grand Prix and Titanium awards, as well as One Show Golds, D&AD Pencils, AICP Awards honors, Clios and more. Sullivan is a senior account leader with experience at agencies like W+K and Droga5 and extensive brand experience with marketers like Nike. Partesotti is one of the industry’s most awarded brand strategists, known for bringing sharp consumer insight and cultural relevance into every brief.
Together, the KDPS founders have led culture-shaping Super Bowl campaigns, earned the industry’s top honors and built some of the most recognized brands in the world. Current KDSP clients include Angry Orchard, The Farmer’s Dog and TRULY Hard Seltzer.
The partners note that KDSP is designed to be an agency where the senior leaders are the people actually doing the work, sans overhead layers or handoffs. The founders have reunited after years of collaboration and decades of personal friendship to create what they say is a faster, tighter, and more effective model where they own the work, end to end. “We’re exactly like the band Toto, if you think about it,” says Kirby. “We spent years as the hired guns, crafting hits from the shadows. Now we’re ready to start our own band.”
