Maverick Media Taps Little Bird for East Coast Representation

Maverick Media Group has officially signed with Becca Falborn’s Little Bird for East Coast Representation, joining the roster as a live action production company. 

Launched in 2020 by Gen-Z founders Marc Whitaker II, Myles Ditkoff, and Cody Mastropietro, the Maverick team has created notable campaigns for brands like Celsius, Nike, NFL, and PLL, to name a few. 

“I’m incredibly excited to have the opportunity to work with the trailblazing team at Maverick,” says Becca, who founded her repping company in 2024 after years of being an EP. “One of my goals when I started Little Bird was to help build companies and their reputations, and to represent the under-represented. Gen-Z is the future; I remember when millennials were the future, and I worked with so many people who resisted that inevitable shift. And now here we are seeing the next generation come in and they’re not like us, but in a good way. They’re the tech-savvy generation, they've created an entire culture unlike any generation before them. I was already excited to work with Marc and his team when I initially met them earlier this year, then they called us back after they got a Super Bowl gig and it was like, ‘Ok we’re ready!’ It was kismet.” 

Marc, one of the Maverick Media co-founders, realized the impact he could make when he got awarded his first campaign before even finishing college. Fast forward to 2026 where the team got their first run at advertising's biggest stage, a Super Bowl campaign. “We created Maverick in a college dorm room during COVID, when the world slowed down and we finally had time to think,” he says. “I’ve always believed artists need space, and that season gave us clarity on the kind of work we actually wanted to make. The traditional path didn’t feel like it fit, so instead of forcing it, we forged our own lane.”

“That’s what being a Maverick means to us – creating the opportunity instead of waiting for it,” adds Whitaker. “That mindset shapes our internal culture and the next generation of storytellers we choose to partner with. Now, as we step into this next chapter, we’re excited to work alongside Becca and the Little Bird team to grow intentionally and build something even bigger than we imagined back then.” 

Building a solid foundation with their team, Isabella Pavia wears multiple hats as the company's Marketing Manager & Producer. “As a Gen-Z led company, we understand how quickly culture moves, and our structure allows us to move with it,” she says. Being involved in both marketing and production means I’m thinking about brand positioning and execution simultaneously. This partnership with Little Bird strengthens our ability to bring that cohesive, culturally aware approach to even bigger opportunities.” 

Maverick Media Group recently partnered with Executive Producer and former NFL tight end Jordan Reed to produce Offseason,” a documentary series that follows five NFL players as they balance intensive training, family commitments, and high-stakes business decisions when they aren’t in the spotlight on the field. The series launched on February 1 on Amazon Prime, Roku, and Tubi. 

The team plans to expand their roster of directors with unique styles and a diverse group to ensure they can continue to bring a fresh perspective to the commercial production side of advertising.
