Peelz Citrus & Party Land Tap Greenpoint Pictures to Break Through Look-Alike Produce

Peelz Citrus and Party Land have launched “Nothing Peelz Better,” a national, multi-platform campaign that gives fruit advertising a burst of fresh attitude. Instead of the sing-song wholesomeness, lunchbox tropes, and farm clichés, the campaign uses humor, obsession, and a little chaos to position Peelz as a culturally relevant snack.

Part of Fowler Packing Company, the California-grown mandarin brand recently selected Party Land, which proudly claims the title of comedy’s greatest advertising agency, for their expertise in breaking through a sea of near-identical competition.

“Peelz isnʼt just another healthy option; it’s a fruit with a point of view. As a brand with vibrant colors and offbeat personality, we knew humor would help us stand out in a category that all looks and sounds the same,” said Kiah Ruvalcaba, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Fowler Packing Company. “Party Land not only helped us find the story and tone that bring Peelz’ personality to life in a way no other mandarin brand is doing, but they also built strategy into every laugh. ‘Nothing Peelz Better’ is designed to build preference before shoppers hit the aisle and establish Peelz as a true snacking icon.”

The :30 launch spot follows a protagonist who discovers the oddly satisfying joy of peeling a Peelz. One peel leads to another—and another—as she spirals into a delightfully unhinged montage of peeling anything she can find: wallpaper, tree bark, even the top of a convertible. Each failed attempt reinforces one truth: nothing “peelz” like a Peelz.

Shot with bright color and sly wit, the campaign turns a simple snack into an obsession. Nationwide sampling events, out-of-home, social extensions, Planet Fitness activations, and omnichannel shopper programs with retail partners bring that obsession to life everywhere.

Party Land approached the brief like it does with any great piece of comedy: by finding and embracing the truth. The more uncomfortable, chaotic and messy the truth, the better the comedy.

“The produce category has been playing the same note for years: smiling cartoon fruit and moral superiority. We wanted to peel all that way. No sanitized storytelling, no feel-good life lessons. Just the truth of a fruit that people love to peel and eat,” said Matt Heath, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer at Party Land.

Directed by MISTER (Miche Sieg and Rose Chirillo) of Greenpoint Pictures, the spot is cinematic, vibrant, and a little chaotic. The integrated campaign, consisting of TV, OOH, social and digital elements, is designed to be something you can’t look away from (or stop “peelzing”).

“Nothing Peelz Better” appeared across broadcast, digital, and social platforms beginning on November 18, 2025.
