Seed Signs Director Georgette Pascual for US Representation
Director Georgette Pascual has joined the roster at the creative production company Seed. According to Seed Managing Director Brad Johnson, “Georgette is renowned for visionary storytelling and thoughtful beauty. Equally fluent in lifestyle, beauty, and automotive, she builds trust with real people and seasoned talent, shaping authentic beats that land the brief without losing soul.” To view her work, go here.
“On set, Georgette is calm and focused,” Johnson adds. “She prepares rigorously, collaborates closely with agency and client partners, and leads departments with clarity so every frame serves message and brand.
Seed’s East Coast rep, Meredyth Mann, agrees: “Georgette’s taste for pacing and rhythm keeps the work modern, human, and memorable. The result are films that feel effortless and leave audiences with a mindfulness and reason to care.”

Before directing, Pascual built her career on the agency side, rising to Creative Director on national and international campaigns at Ogilvy & Mather and Y&R. That foundation gives her fluency in strategy, messaging, and client dynamics, which shows up in her treatments, on set, and in the edit. “It also makes her a perfect fit for Seed as we expand our direct-to-brand collaborations across production and creative,” Johnson points out. “She speaks brand, understands business objectives, and translates strategy into work that is beautiful, on brief, and built to perform. She doesn’t not just direct bad ass work; she thinks like a creative director. She helps clients feel seen, and she delivers work that moves audiences and metrics.”
Pascual’s portfolio spans work for such brands as adidas, Kia, Jeep, Toyota, Nissan, ALDO, and L’Oréal. From beauty to sports to automotive, brands trust her to elevate the brief and deliver work that feels authentic and performs. “Georgette leads with empathy and precision,” Johnson sums up. “She’s bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish, and culturally fluent, which helps her cast for truth, shape nuanced performances, and design frames that feel lived in. We’re thrilled to have her on board here at Seed.”
