TigerLily Welcomes Cliff Englert as VP of Partnerships

Creative and production studio TigerLily has hired Cliff Englert as VP of Partnerships. Englert brings over 15 years of experience as a creative and business development professional specializing in brand marketing content and media production. In this newly created role, he will spearhead strategic initiatives to drive business growth and expand the studio’s footprint in the advertising, marketing, and media industries.

“As TigerLily methodically expanded over the past year, it became clear that we needed a dedicated expert to continue our strategic growth,” says Brenda Kolb, TigerLily CEO and Founder. “From our first meeting with Cliff, everything clicked, and we could all sense the mutual potential. He understands how rapidly needs and issues change for clients these days, especially those with internal brand studio teams or agency structures.”

“Cliff will help bring the TigerLily flavor to more people, nationally and globally,” adds Andrew Fallon, TigerLily Chief Creative Officer and Principal. “We’ve always had a limitless creative mindset while keeping our eye on the big picture – and every person on the team, no matter their role, embraces this same philosophy. We have a deep sense of pride in our talent, leadership, and community, giving a voice to those who need it the most. Our fierce commitment to storytelling has been the driving force behind our 20+ years in business.”

“TigerLily’s caliber of thinking, passion, and proven approach resonated with me,” says Englert. “It very much mirrors how I collaborate with brands and agencies, which is born from asking hard and unusual questions and seeking to uncover the root of every unique pain point. The key to any successful relationship is a solutions-driven, creative-led, and brand-centric perspective that places the client's needs ahead of all else.”

Englert has held business development leadership roles at Omnicom-owned The Zimmerman Agency, ALCHEMY Creative, and Studio City PXL. During his six-year tenure at Zimmerman, he was part of the business development team that secured key client wins, including Amtrak, Pilot Pens of America, Cooper Tires, and The Islands of The Bahamas.

As Director of Business Development and Creative Partnerships at ALCHEMY Creative, Englert worked with brands such as Google, Walmart, Salesforce, Tecovas, Advance Auto Parts, and Meta over seven years at the agency.

Most recently, he led strategy, development, and creative-production execution at Studio City PXL across a range of clients, including work for X-Golf of America, AEG Worldwide, and Bitwise Asset Management.

Englert is also a creative producer and photographer, creating B2B and B2C content for brands such as Macy's, Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center, Parkinson's Institute and Clinical Center, Daytona Beach Area CVB, and Minnetonka Moccasins.

“As a creative and producer, I understand the full scope of content creation, from collaborating with all the different stakeholders to delivering creative for a wide range of budgets,” says Englert. “I always try to think several steps ahead for my clients to ensure the highest quality while keeping the process as frictionless as possible.”

Englert will also help TigerLily extend its talent network to clients, tapping into the studio’s existing relationships and drawing from his own broad ecosystem of collaborators and contacts.

“I love bringing in a project and seeing it evolve into a long-term creative partnership with the client,” concludes Englert. “And that’s really the end-game when you’re growing a studio, building relationships, and being a trusted partner that clients can always rely on, which sets everyone up for success.”
