Victoria DeLeon Named Director of Operations at CAVE

CAVE has promoted Victoria DeLeon to Director of Operations, recognizing her growing expertise in building the systems, processes and infrastructure that support the studio's continued growth.

DeLeon joined CAVE as a Production Coordinator, where she quickly became a trusted partner across branded content productions, managing schedules, logistics and the day-to-day details that keep projects moving. In her new role, she will oversee operational systems, contracts, billing processes and studio-wide workflows, helping position CAVE for its next phase of growth.

"Victoria has always approached her work with equal parts precision and care," said Gabe Munitz-Alessio. "As our projects have grown in complexity, scale and international scope, she has been instrumental in creating the systems that allow us to deliver exceptional work while maintaining the relationships and culture that define CAVE."

Since her arrival, DeLeon has helped guide a significant evolution in the studio’s operations. Her focus on process development and operational excellence has enabled teams to work more efficiently, support a growing client roster and create a consistent experience across productions.

For DeLeon, this transition reflects a natural progression from managing individual projects to helping shape the framework behind the entire business.

"Production taught me how every detail matters," said DeLeon. "As we've grown, I've become increasingly interested in the systems behind the work. My goal is to help build an operation that feels seamless for our teams and clients."

The promotion comes as CAVE continues to expand its capabilities and global reach, including growth in the documentary space. DeLeon will play a key role in strengthening operational connections across the company's international footprint as Mexico becomes an integral part of the business.
