We Are Royale Welcomes Erin Serletic as Head of Growth, Gaming and Entertainment
We Are Royale has hired Erin Serletic as Head of Growth, Gaming and Entertainment. As a business development executive for companies across gaming, entertainment, television, and streaming, Serletic has a proven track record of nurturing brand relationships and matching clients with creative talent, all while driving revenue growth. Her portfolio spans 360 marketing campaigns, rebrands and refreshes, graphics packages, in-game cinematics and asset creation, IP launches, immersive experiences, and event production for such clients as Disney, Activision Blizzard, Riot Games, SYFY, Marvel, FX Networks, NFL Network, AMC, Meta, Hulu, ABC, and NBC Universal.
“With her deep experience in branding and marketing, especially in gaming and entertainment, Erin is a natural addition to our team,” remarks Jen Lucero, Co-Founder & CEO of We Are Royale. “Her passion, authenticity, and progressive business development strategies align with our strengths as a studio and where the industry is headed. On a personal level, she is such a joy to work with, always bringing clarity and enthusiasm connecting with colleagues and clients alike. We are grateful to have her join the team.”
“I’ve long admired We Are Royale – the prolific creative output and the people,” remarks Serletic. “They simply operate and create in a different stratosphere – and they do it all with purpose and love.”
After her foundational years working at various creative and design shops in the Atlanta market, Serletic leveled up her career holding business development roles in New York City at Trollbäck+Company and Santa Monica-based design studio Belief. These undertakings would prime Serletic for a landmark position as Head of Client Partnerships at Capacity. From growth strategies to account management, she played a seminal role in growing the company’s roster of TV clients. She was instrumental in their strategic expansion into gaming, securing creative partnerships with AAA game developers such as Riot Games, ESL, and Blizzard – and she continues to work with those same clients.
Serletic next pivoted into gameplay capture at Dark Burn Creative and later into experiential and event production as VP Business Growth: Gaming and Entertainment at NCompass, where she was part of the team that reimagined Hallmark Media’s Upfronts with a series of innovative experiences. Additionally, she shepherded the upcoming launch event for Ubisoft’s Star Wars Outlaws. Building on these experiences, Serletic co-founded Clove, a boutique experiential studio.
“Branching into new verticals and areas of expertise has been invaluable, but I feel very much at home working in the realm of design, branding, and motion graphics,” concludes Serletic.
Serletic is a proud supporter of initiatives and organizations championing women in marketing and entertainment: Women-Led Games helps women developers and entrepreneurs in gaming connect with venture capital money and marketing resources. She also supports the Global Entertainment Marketing Academy of Arts & Sciences (G.E.M.A.).
