Good Behavior Is in Very Good Company with Resource
The commercial production repping agency for major advertising industry players takes on a small but prolific freshman comedy juggernaut

Good Behavior, the comedy commercial production company that was founded last year by director Pete Marquis and his partners Victoria Guenier and Adam Lawson, has signed with Resource for representation on the West Coast. Eminent industry veteran Dana Balkin has led Resource since 2001, building a formidable roster of major commercial production companies including Biscuit Filmworks, the Corner Shop, Partizan, Epoch, among others. Balkin and her business partner Allie O’Brien work with companies that create live action, animation, tabletop and experiential campaigns from production through post-production.

Good Behavior joins these heavy-hitters after being named a 2025 Ad Age A-List Production Company Standout for its outstanding and prodigious workload since launching. Marquis has been on a tear this year, directing high profile campaigns for Coors Light with Patrick Mahones; 7-Eleven’s Slurpee “Tonque Too” social media work; Best Buy spots with the retailer’s “spokeshologram”; Pepsi’s hilarious “Undercover Cups” and “Chase Cars” spots for BBDO NY, and the most recent followup “Tailgate Crashers” featuring NFL stars Josh Allen and Justin Jefferson; and the latest installments of NJM Insurance Group’s long-running and acclaimed campaign “No Jingles or Mascots,” including the side-splitting spot “Nuts,” which broke this week.
"Good Behavior has accomplished remarkable success in a short time, and we know that kind of growth doesn’t happen without exceptional talent and a strong team. We're absolutely thrilled to be joining forces with them," said O'Brien.
"Having previously worked with both Pete Marquis and Victoria Guenier, I couldn’t be more excited to reunite and support them as they take Good Behavior into its next chapter," added Balkin.

“I am so thrilled to be working with Dana and Allie,” said Guenier. “Both have a huge knowledge of the industry. Dana has been a long time friend in the business and I’m so excited to be working closely with her.”
Meanwhile, Good Behavior director Mike Egan has directed campaigns for Orange Crush and Door Dash this year, and the shop’s in-house editor, comedy commercial legend Dick Gordon, has been busy cutting up spots on most of the shop’s assignments, supervising all post-production editorial services while also working on jobs for outside directors and production companies. Good Behavior offers complete post, including sound, color, VFX, and finishing, expanding capabilities to deliver the full package at a great price with a clear vision, prep to delivery.
