Joanna Manning and Joni Williamson Launch Pretty Casual West Coast Rep Company
Industry vets turned co-founders, Joanna Manning and Joni Williamson, are proud to announce the launch of their talent representation company, Pretty Casual.
For over two decades, Jo and Joni helped build talent, lead productions, shape strategy, and grow the business at Whitehouse Post. The trust and lasting relationships they cultivated during that time have made them sought-after partners across agencies, brands, production, and post-production.
Beyond representation, Pretty Casual offers recruiting, fractional EP services, consulting, and more, providing a holistic approach to representation and their strategic partnerships. They are launching with a roster of companies spanning every step of the production pipeline. That inaugural client list echoes Jo and Joni’s wide range of capabilities—Farm League, LIME Studios, Pony Show Entertainment, MakeMake, Friends & Family, and Invisible Collective. The curated Pretty Casual roster comprises an impressive array of unique talent.

“We knew we were ready for the next part of our journey, and we knew we wanted to do it together,” remarks Jo. “So, we’ve decided to lean into our strongest skillset: selling, connecting, and elevating. We take great pride in empowering others, and it was time we built something of our own.”
As two Libras, balance is written in the stars for Jo and Joni. They are very much the yin to each other’s yang, bringing contrasting strengths, different perspectives, and their own unique magic to the table. It’s that push and pull that makes what they create together feel effortlessly in sync.
Joni elaborates, “Our goal is to form an intimate roster of companies whose work we are truly proud of. We’re leaning into a softer, more flexible way of working, and we’re excited to start having some fun again! We have launched Pretty Casual as a means to represent our talented friends with the same level of clarity, confidence, and compassion we have always brought to our work.”
