MSQ, a global marketing and technology group, announces the appointment of four distinguished leaders to its North America Advisory Board: Marla Kaplowitz, Wenda Harris Millard, Shiv Singh, and Jay Liddell. Collectively, the group brings decades of leadership across marketing, media, technology, governance, and business transformation, further strengthening MSQ’s ability to deliver creative, tech and media expertise that creates commercial momentum for clients. Michael Lebowitz, Founder and Executive Chairman of Big Spaceship, will chair the group. 

The appointments reflect MSQ's continued investment in North America and its commitment to a differentiated model at the intersection of marketing and technology. The group has a strong portfolio of agencies across North America, including Big Spaceship and Stein, and works with brands including Chase, Diageo, Coca-Cola, Allergan, and more. 

This move comes on the heels of MSQ opening a new North America headquarters in New York’s Flatiron District. In the past six months, the group strengthened its digital capabilities with the acquisition of Atlanta-based digital experience company Arke as well.

Marla Kaplowitz, former President & CEO of the 4As, joins the Advisory Board with more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across marketing, advertising, and media. A seasoned board director, Kaplowitz has a proven track record of driving business growth and digital transformation across major agencies, trade organizations, and companies.

“MSQ has built a differentiated model leveraging scale with agility,” said Kaplowitz. “I’m excited to contribute my perspective and experience as MSQ continues to expand to help brands evolve their marketing efforts.”

Kaplowitz currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Penn Entertainment (NASDAQ: PENN), where she chairs the Nominating & Governance and Compensation Committees, and holds board and advisory roles across multiple organizations, including Butler/Till, #paid, and LoopMe. She previously led the 4As from 2017 to 2025, where she drove significant growth and member engagement.

Wenda Harris Millard, Chairman of Sinecure.ai and a widely respected investor and advisor, also joins the Advisory Board. With a career spanning four decades, Millard has been instrumental in shaping the media and technology landscape, including leadership roles at MediaLink, DoubleClick, and Yahoo!, where she led a dramatic revenue transformation.

“I’m excited to join the Advisory Board of MSQ North America because I believe there’s room in the market for the level of fluency at the intersection of marketing and technology that characterizes the MSQ companies,” said Millard. “Their entrepreneurial approach to collaborative thinking and output produces impressive results for their clients. We’ll have fun helping them become a force in North America.”

Millard currently advises and invests in emerging companies through her firm WhoKnew and serves on multiple public and private boards. She was inducted into the Advertising Hall of Fame in 2022.

Shiv Singh is the CEO of Savvy Matters, where he advises Fortune 500 companies on AI transformation and invests in AI startups. A two-time CMO and three-time book author, he has held marketing and innovation leadership roles at PepsiCo, Visa, Expedia Group, and LendingTree. He currently serves on the board of United Rentals (NYSE: URI) and is co-founder of AI Trailblazers, a thought-leadership platform focused on advancing responsible, growth-oriented AI in business. His books include Marketing with AI For Dummies, which has been reprinted four times and translated into five languages.

Jay Liddell, an experienced board director and former Co-CEO of True Advance, joins with a multidisciplinary background spanning engineering, finance, and technology. Liddell currently serves on the boards of multiple industrial and healthcare companies and brings a unique perspective on navigating complex, rapidly evolving industries.

In their roles, Advisory Board members will support and challenge MSQ leadership, which includes Aaron Lang (MSQ), Kate MacNevin (Stein), Tom Stein (Stein), Taryn Crouthers (Big Spaceship), Daniel Binns (Elmwood), Eric Stoll (MSQ DX), and Steph Lund (MSQ Sport + Entertainment). The board will help these key leaders identify opportunities, navigate industry shifts, and accelerate growth across the region.
