Spark & Riot Adds Hero Management as New West Coast Representation

Spark & Riot, the female-founded, creatively-driven commercial production house and film & television studio, has announced that it has signed with Hero Management, who will now be representing them on the West Coast.

Led by founder Harrison Elkins, Hero Management is a talent agency providing strategic guidance and development to the industry’s leading film creatives. Known among brands and agencies as a trusted source for top-tier talent, Hero keeps its finger on the pulse of a rapidly evolving entertainment and media landscape while championing its roster. Hero Management’s current list of clients includes Alter Ego, ArtClass Content, Overture Studios, Bryght Young Things, Impossible Objects, LOBO, Nomad Edit, Scheme Engine, Tomorrow, Voyager, and Leap Year.

Spark & Riot founder Ana de Diego says on signing with Hero Management, “Harrison is a true advocate and a tireless agent. We’re in great company, and we trust that he’ll guide us as we move forward into exciting new territory as a company in the coming years.”

Ana de Diego was recently named a 2026 Inspiring Women honoree by Campaign US in the Championing Change category. In addition to Spark & Riot’s work producing award-winning work—chief among them are Cannes Lions, D&ADs, Clios, One Show Awards, and Webbys—Ana de Diego and Spark & Riot partner with a related non-profit or worthy cause adjacent to their active projects and embed giving back into their process. Spark & Riot’s recent brand work includes spots for Verizon, The Salvation Army, New American Funding, San Pellegrino, General Mills, and Frost Bank.

Harrison Elkins remarks on Spark & Riot, “Meeting Ana and her team, it was readily apparent that they were born to do the work they’re doing. Their perspective elevates craft and impactful change in equal measure, and you can feel that energy in every film they produce. I’m proud to have them on Hero’s roster, and I’m excited to see what’s next for both of us.”
