LOBO Signs Directing Duo OS OLGA for Live-Action and Animation
LOBO is excited to announce that they are representing OS OLGA for both live-action and animation directing. The directing duo, comprised of Luqueta and Felipe Lion, has a collective background spanning cinematography, post-production, and stop-motion. As a result, OS OLGA’s filmmaking style blends engineering and cinematic craft to make captivating stories.
This hybrid language is one built from mixed methods, where practical effects, VFX, robotics, and other emerging technologies exist within the same visual universe as live-action performances. OS OLGA’s directorial sensibilities naturally arose from Felipe and Luqueta’s collaborative relationship. Sharing ideas, visual inspiration, and mutually exciting, unconventional techniques throughout their first projects together led to undeniable artistic compatibility and the formation of OS OLGA. Endeavoring to incorporate something new into their process with every film, OS OLGA consistently discovers innovative ways to bring their vision to the screen.

OS OLGA was nominated for the Prêmio da Música Brasileira for their work on Caetano Veloso’s artistic music video made in collaboration with the Pina Bausch Foundation, “The Man I Love.” The mesmerizing film earned recognition from one of Brazil’s most respected awards organizations and brought them to LOBO. There, they directed many spots for brands like Apple, McDonald’s, GM, O Boticário, Tiger, LeapMotor, Brahma, and Volkswagen.
“LOBO is where we grew creatively and professionally—it truly feels like home to us,” remarks OS OLGA in a shared statement. “We heavily depend on experimentation, and we need a place where we can build custom technology, develop crazy rigs, work with robots, miniatures, engineers, AI specialists, fabricators, and artists from different disciplines. LOBO is the perfect environment for that.”
“We’re extraordinarily proud of OS OLGA,” adds LOBO’s Managing Director, Luis Ribeiro. “They combine handcrafted techniques with cutting-edge tools to get something that feels modern and deep. They’re truly capable of everything, so we’re thrilled to welcome them to both our live-action and animation roster.”
